4093 - Quad NAND Gate

The 4093 is a quad 2-input NAND gate IC with Schmitt-trigger inputs, housed in a 14-pin DIP package. Operating on 3V to 18V, it provides hysteresis for noise immunity, low power dissipation, and ESD protection. Ideal for oscillators and pulse shaping, it’s compatible with TTL/CMOS and performs reliably across -55°C to 125°C in digital circuits.
